Melanie is a Realtor® based in Orange County, California, although her client base reaches to Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.  She is a member of the Orange County Association of Realtors (OCAR) as well as the California Association of Realtors (CAR).   

She represents both buyers and sellers, and works with everyone from first-time home buyers to investors and everyone in between.  Additionally, she is well-versed in short sale transactions and works closely with the law firm to ensure a timely and accurate transaction throughout the entire short-sale process.  Melanie enjoys working for Emerald Pacific Realty, where she can focus her attention on her clients and deliver a truly personalized experience.  

Melanie has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from Binghamton University in New York, and her MBA from University of Baltimore.  She is also a Notary Public and focuses her notarial duties on estate planning.  She is also actively involved with UC Irvine’s Merage Center for Real Estate.  Melanie has lived in California for over 10 years, and is married with two children.

Victor Ugarte is a licensed Real Estate Agent based out of Madera County, California. For 12 years, Victor worked at Financial Relief Law Center, APC assisting and guiding clients in the short sale process.
